Aryeo Portal Apps v2.10.0

Fall is on its way, and we are cleaning up!

We've solved a few pesky bugs with this release. You'll notice that the landing screen removes the erroneous "Aryeo Dev" language from previous releases, as well as a keyboard issue plaguing users during auth on certain devices.

A time zone issue for appointment rescheduling and another for individual video downloading round out the release.
