For those companies working with agents who are Zillow Showcase customers, we've added the ability to
connect a media upload request to an existing order or listing
already in your account.
When receiving Showcase media upload requests on the 'Media Requests' tab of your account, when accepting a request you'll see suggested listings and orders that
match the address
of the match AND have a matching customer email
on the order or listing. If you don't see the existing listing you want to connect suggested, you can also select the 'search for another' option to search for orders and listings within your company that have a matching email to the requesting customer.
