File downloading is at the core of the Aryeo system. Along with the usability of our content management system, accessibility of content is one of the most important features of our system. No added feature or workflow improvement matters if those core pieces aren't in place.
We've had a number of customers running into download issues over the last couple weeks. Whether that be corrupted zip files, unplayable videos, or partially downloaded videos, inability to access content reflects poorly on Aryeo and all creators using the platform should your clients be running into these issues.
Correcting issues with downloads, therefore, has been the #1 priority of the engineering and product team at Aryeo for the last few weeks. Ensuring all the content for a property is accessible immediately and at the click of a single button is imperative.
We have rolled out a completely new download system behind the scenes, which will help resolve many of these issues. And, this part of the system will continue to receive attention from our team on into the future with continuous improvements on the roadmap for the next few weeks.
