Custom Fields

In your settings you now have the ability to add your own fields to both
Customers
and
Team Members
. Use this to track things like employee IDs, referrals, additional notes, and more - the possibilities are endless!
  • Single-line text, multi-line text, and number fields are supported
  • Fields can be marked as required or optional
  • Custom help text and placeholders can be added
  • Fields can be reordered with drag and drop
  • Fields are visible when editing a customer/team member
  • They are also included when exporting Customers
We have much more planned (for additional field types, support on Orders and Products, and eventually some advanced features like conditional fields), but wanted you to be able to start using this right away.
