A long awaited feature request, this quality of life improvement allows internal notes to be saved for both agents and orders.
These notes are private to your team, allowing collaboration and shared information about an agent or for an upcoming appointment or order.
These notes are viewable in a few locations throughout the system:
- Within the order edit page:
- Within the agent edit page.
- Within the listing edit page:
- If you are using the Aryeo Google Calendar or iCal sync, within that that calendar event.
