Review Customer Teams
We've added another new enhancement to the new Customer Teams feature that will help you feel confident that your teams are working the way you want them to.
We know that many companies have been reviewing the new Customer Teams in their accounts to make sure that rosters and settings have been configured correctly. This enhancement allows you to mark which Customer Teams you've reviewed and have confirmed are setup correctly.
Marking a Customer Team as reviewed is
completely optional
, and will have no effect on how the team functions for customers.If you find a Customer Team that has customers from different brokerages or organizations, we
strongly
recommend splitting it up so that each brokerage or organization receives its own Customer Team. Anyone with the 'Admin' role on a Customer Team will get access to member's listings within that team, so before making any customer an admin you'll want to do this first!You can easily split a Customer Team with the newly added 'Split Customer Teams' enhancement (Learn more here). Simply click 'Split' on the right side of each row to get started.
